How to find the best QAs for the company with zero budget (one of our cases)

A startup decided to scale and make the impact wider by going from the European to the US market. But they suffered from the lack of resources, and they even missed some releases because of that. In a pair of months, they planned new features and faced a problem, where to get resources with a minimal budget, especially QA resources.
They came to us for good newcomer QAs, who can start working on their project as interns, but have enough skills to test it with a high-quality. We proposed them our QAs, who passed the 3-stage entrance exams (4-5 people per place) and completed the individual education in groups of 15 students with a mentor with 10+ years of IT experience.
To be sure that our QAs are the best, the company tested our guys and several other guys, from their side. 2 best interns from Mentorpiece were hired as permanent employees, and the internship in the company was proposed to the others. For this process, a company spent no money.

Leveraging online communities and platforms like GitHub or Stack Overflow can be a goldmine for discovering talented QAs who are passionate about their field and looking for opportunities to showcase their skills. Additionally, offering internships or collaborative projects with a promise of future employment based on performance can attract motivated individuals without upfront costs.
