Hi guys, In our B2C product https://www.bumpy.app we've been trying to reach our users by cold emails to invite them to make a customer interview with us but they won't answer. How to get customer interviews in B2C? Any hacks? P.S. Proposition to get a free subscription doesn't work.

Did you only try cold emailing with invitations to interviews? I think that some people may not comfortable with interviews. Maybe it's better to create a feedback form where you can ask your questions and leave slots for any other comments and suggestions that users might have. Also, you can try contacting users in your app, for instance by creating a pop-up with a link to the form and an offer to get a freebie.
One of the best ways to get customer interviews is by organizing events or conducting focus groups. This allows you to connect with your target audience personally and gather valuable feedback about your product or service. Additionally, cold emails can effectively reach out to potential customers who may not have been reached through other means. When contacting them, please introduce yourself and explain how their input would benefit your business.

@qudsia_ali Agree on this one, events are best. This does not need to be an event organized only by you (ex: ideally partner with someone who has a good reach and add value onto the event with your product or support). It's a great way to connect directly to users, observe in live how they interact with your product for the first time, and discuss openly).
