How to presale a concept?

Question

After 60 interviews we have a design concept for a SaaS product, but not enough time budget to build MVP. 
And we don't want to raise investment at that stage.

So, we decided to presell before building

Our audience - Agile Teams, idea - add-on to track product decisions

Does anyone have great examples or advice on what to do?
