    Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 We started building this AI chatbot that guides people through the maze of paperwork needed to start a company in Germany. (https://starthilfe.app/assistent - but sorry, only understands German) It's a really nice feature which users like to far (still more a MVP), but we're noticing it's getting a bit overwhelmed with the sheer number of queries. 😅 We started with a simple sign-in feature to manage the load, but we're wondering – what else can we do? How do you guys keep your chatbots from getting swamped without sacrificing user experience? Here are some thoughts: Maybe some kind of smart rate limiting? But will that annoy users? Advanced user verification – is that too much? Should the bot get 'tired' and give shorter answers during busy times? What about a way for users to flag when things are getting slow?
