How to you guys create sale in e commerce web site even with a lot of traffic( not organic)

hi there every one .. i am zeb and currently working in Dou Fankaar set which is a small production house. this site contains many developer which actually works on graphic designing and much more. but the issue is there is no sale at all even we have better team of developer, a lot of data (content) , a lot of products on web site which named as premium photoshop actions which carry photoshop actions where you can buy or try free on and download it. so the point is how to make more sale even we have energy and more things to do,
