Do you experience difficulties in coming up with ideas? Or in writing the content you planned? If it's hard for you to come up with ideas, then I feel you, we've all been there. What helps me is researching competitors, influencers in the field, etc. I organize relevant ideas in a simple Google Sheets doc to not lose anything. To get engagement, you must really understand your customers' pain points and show them the value of your service/product in a relatable way, void of business jargon and buzzwords. To understand what pains your customers, the only way is to read and listen to them. LinkedIn is a good platform where you might get a glimpse into various industries and their troubles. If it's hard to actually write the posts, then I suggest following a few copywriters and marketers on LinkedIn. Their experience and advice on marketing and writing are top-notch and helped me overcome writer's block many times (some of them also have newsletters that I can't recommend enough. My score for them is: would sign up again/10). - https://www.linkedin.com/in/lena... - https://www.linkedin.com/in/eshl... (+ newsletter) - https://www.linkedin.com/in/kate... (her Why We Buy newsletter is what every marketer needs to read, absolutely my favourite out of all I've read so far)
Most of the time, my go-to social media tools are BuzzSumo and BuzzStream. BuzzSumo allows users to search for top-performing content based on various factors, including social sharing, domain authority/page authority, and even MozRank. Other effective tools for great content are Ahrefs and Google Alert.
