I'd automate cleaning and vacuuming the house! Some robot vacuum cleaners can map your home layout, avoid obstacles, empty their own dust bins, and be scheduled to clean on a routine. It's a huge time saver not having to manually vacuum every day or week. The high-end models aren't cheap but totally worth the convenience factor IMO if you can swing it.
