If I could choose one superpower, I would choose the ability to manipulate time. with this power I would use it to pause time during moments of stress or chaos, allowing me and others to breathe, re-evaluate the situation, and make more thoughtful decisions.

Oh, this one is easy, the ability to control matter at an atomic and quantum level! This means you can control aging and health for you and anyone you want, you can create resources and change them, you can control your interaction with matter and maybe travel at the speed of light or even travel through time. The best super power :P
