If you could improve the efficiency of any area in your job by 10x, what would it be?

Messages, emails ans replies. Communication in general takes tons of time, especially since I don't like spamming and heavily personalizing even reachout messages.

The speed at which we run our tests.

For me, it would be the literature review to find research gaps. That is by far the most time consuming part, especially for the new comers to the field.
