If you had to start a company, who would be your ideal co-founder and why?

My choice would definitely be Howard Schultz! Why? His headstrong attitude to focus on customer service and employee culture is something I always vibe with. The purpose of empowering people you work with is real wealth. And I would love to uncover nuggets of that wealth with someone like Howard! Who would you pick?
