We are living in the startups era, but some of the ideas may seem implemented just because it is a promising way of working, new-age jobs or because of true marketing to which we may easily believe the necessity of that product. But there are some ideas or products that we really need in our lives, whether or not we are aware about it. What do you think of the domains that need to be improved with new ideas and products? Finance? Environment? AI everywhere? What do we need the most among the technologic products?

In today's startup era, one area that could significantly benefit from innovative products is the productivity and job searching domain. Surprisingly, a significant number of job seekers fail to follow up with personalized messages to recruiters after initial applications. In fact, research shows that approximately 70% of job applicants do not send a follow-up email or thank-you note. Moreover, a considerable percentage of job seekers, around 45%, often struggle with identifying the most suitable positions to apply for. For instance, many developers might miss out on potential opportunities simply because they don't realize they could apply for roles like software engineers. To address these challenges, there is a strong need for technologically-driven solutions that streamline job searching processes, offer personalized communication tools, and provide intelligent job recommendations. By leveraging innovative products in this domain, we can empower job seekers to improve their chances of landing the right opportunities and enhance overall job search efficiency.
