b2b. High ticket sales, less sales needed for decent MRR and usually less of a headache than b2c customers

@cameronscully_ agreed but on the flipside higher ticket reduces ur exitability. if u have 100k MRR but only 10 clients, buyers are more hesitant to purchase because 1 customer churning is a 10% revenue dip off rip

For bootstrappers I think B2B is the move because you're able to capitalize your development / marketing costs via sales. i think it gets pretty challenging to do this without super strong pmf in the b2c space. just my opinion though would love to hear others!

Why should one be "better"? But one issue that comes to my mind is that if you're doing B2B, you should have experience in the industry your SaaS is for, else you may need much time to evaluate what exactly they need.

@konrad_sx Do you think it will take more time to evaluate what a business will need compared to what a consumer will need?

B2B I think could be more beneficial when you have business partners with high revenue so they can possibly pay more for your software. When it comes to B2C you have to rely purchasing power of the population of a country.

Both could be beneficial depending on your service/product, but I personally prefer B2B.
