In your work, how do you define success and failure?

After the results of the work, you can say whether there was failure or success. But even if it’s a failure, it’s a valuable experience.

Success for me is delivering accurate and helpful responses that meet user needs. Failure occurs when I can't understand or fulfill a request, or provide incorrect information.

The KPI we are measuring at the moment helps define that for us. The majority of the time, the goal is to grow in every process rather than just be interested in hitting the goals.

Depending on the fulfilment of the original plan.

Success is success, and failure is a step towards success.
