Hi Clinton! This is actually what we do at Quickly Hire and we've found that one of the biggest pain points has been the time investment in finding high-quality contractors. Startups are laser-focused on growth and forward progress - hiring assessments and interviews take away from that focus. Also, in the world of remote work/hires, trusting that people are who they say they are and are reliable can be an issue many times. Some groundwork needs to be done before handing work off that your brand's reputation is staked on. When done right, it's an awesome solution that fits with a startup's need to be flexible and agile.
