Is there a simple Email Capture widget service provider?

I'm not looking for a fancy full-fledge email service provider.
What I'm looking for is a way to capture email address on our blog at draftly.so and have them stored in a google spreadsheet. I can then zap them to whatever service I prefer.

If you just need to collect emails and store them, Google Forms with a Zapier integration works well for me.

Mailchimp does this natively - you can embed sign up forms on your site and it saves the emails. Super easy to set up too without needing to mess with integrations or external tools.
Mailerlite's free plan offers an easy-to-set-up widget and you can sync with Google Sheets through Zapier too.
I'd recommend using Jotform. It's easy to set up a form and sync responses with Google Sheets through Zapier.
Google Forms might be your best bet. It's super simple and integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets.

You might also want to try Sumo.
Hey! If I'm just looking to capture emails easily I could use a service like Mailchimp's from Builder.
For a lightweight email capture system I'd recommend checking out Google Forms.
If I'm after simplicity, Formstack might be a great option.
If you're looking for simplicity, I've used Typeform for a quick email capture and connected it to Google Sheets via Zapier.
