My suggestion is to reach your user directly, especially in the beginning

    - Reach out to customers via available contact points - Identify power users and connect with them 1:1 - Check user flow heatmaps, recorded sessions of how users are interacting - Check your ticket/support data to understand the kind of queries flowing in - Introduce flows in product where customers can rate

Think the same as you maybe think of sales. Both ourbound and inbound. If you just launched, talking directly to people is the best option. But it is very helpful to also have somewhere in your product a place where they can reach you for feedback or support. This creates a feedback loop in the product and it means if someone as a huge urge to tekll you something they can do so, rather than adding steps to email you or waiting for you to reach out.
Congrats on launching your product! Reach out to your network and ask for honest feedback. Keep an open mind and be responsive to criticism. Best of luck

Congratulations on your product launch! The lifeblood of improvement is feedback. Here are some effective strategies for getting insightful feedback: Create succinct and concise customer surveys to get feedback straight from your users. To gain useful feedback, keep it focused and ask precise questions. In-app feedback: Include feedback features in your product, such as a feedback form or button. Make it simple for customers to leave feedback while using your product. Utilize social media tools to engage with your audience through social media. Users should be encouraged to express their opinions, ideas, and experiences. It's full of knowledge gold!
