You bookmark something to avoid forgetting it, but then you forget that you ever saved it! There are some really good bookmark managers out there such as Raindrop, Pocket, (maybe Pinterest), etc. They are great tools no doubt and do what they are supposed to. They are good tools for management. But the struggle was always on - management of links. With more than 2500 links - management of tags and collections became a struggle and bookmarks would eventually get lost. I am solving the lost bookmarks problem with Stacks - https://www.producthunt.com/posts/stacks-0c41d0d4-1c47-4f9f-a7d8-15a87df03db0 The idea is simple - A single tool that could save posts and links as I scroll through them and map a theme automatically as they are bookmarked. It would work seamlessly across a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google Maps, and so forth, and integrate all the content into a single platform. I want to build a bookmarking service that takes care of the management.

I like the idea. Am just slightly worried with the rights it requires from Chrome. Does it REALLY need to be able to "read and change all your data on all websites"?

@patrick_prasquier Hi Patrick, apologies that it took me so long to respond. We have overhauled the extension with many functionalities, however, as a search engine for bookmarks, we take titles and descriptions from meta tags to provide searchability. These meta tags are not available to use without this permission.

the overwhelming number of bookmarks and their organization, you're developing "Stacks," an integrated bookmarking tool that automatically categorizes content from a range of platforms, thus simplifying the bookmark management process by auto-mapping themes as links are saved.
