Low-key PH launch

I’m thinking about doing a low key PH launch. Don’t have much of a community, but I’m looking to gain some experience from it. Also, should I push for a fixed lifetime cost, or give it away for free? I’m thinking if people pay for a service, they’re more likely to be more demanding in terms of what they get in return, which will result in constant feedback and improvements (exactly what I’m looking for). On the other hand, free version might attract more people, but are less likely to give feedback or care. What do you think?
