Trying to take my time to do some more exercise and yoga and some mindfulnes. Focus on my growth and don't get stuck. It's going slow but steady

Vacation. The rest doesn't work for some reason.
Recently I feel really good. Taking time for self-care and practicing mindfulness has been helping me manage my mental health. I also take some supplments from this site https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ that are really helpful for me.

Getting back to work after a drive from Florida to Wyoming. We stayed for 10 days. I am starting to readjust to working out in the heat . Lol
