Responsive Web. But designed mainly for desktop. May eventually make a native app at some point. How about you Roland?

I always start with responsive web app and only move to mobile if that's needed (e.g. for notifications)

Start with what you know, if you know Web Dev got and make a responsive web app... if you know swift or kotlin (or other app dev frameworks) make an app :)
