"More startups should hire full-time No Code profiles" How do you feel about this statement?

The No-Code movement is booming and there is a vast amount of really good builders.
Nowadays we see most of these types of profiles as Indie Makers or Independent Creators.
As a NoCode builder myself I love this approach, but I've also received a lot of job opportunities from startups in the last few months.
I think companies will increasingly hire NoCode Devs.

Yes especially early stage start ups. Companies like Apple and others have been hiring "Airtable developers" for some time.

Just off the top of my head - I think so! Standardization between traditional development and NoCode could contribute to increasing adoption. For example, NoCode could be used to build a framework and a traditional dev might clean up some granular, esoteric nits.
