My web page visits are dropping. What should I do?

Two weeks ago my friend and I released Tales Factory web app and it got above 3K daily views, now it's down to 1k daily views. I cannot afford paid advertisements at the moment so we rely only to social media. This is our first time to lunch so I have no idea of what's the best thing to do.
