Hi, anyone can tell me what are your main pain points (if any) when it comes to networking via events or networking apps?

I'd say information overload and networking fatigue. Managing this overwhelming amount of connections, information, and opportunities can push you into freeze mode, as well as networking fatigue that requires requires social energy and social fitness - if you're not used to it.
@nevena_sofranic I agree, with the management and continuous connection especially if it’s not mutually beneficial.

@nevena_sofranic @slimmy82@among us How can organizers of networking events structure the format and agenda to move beyond just superficial "pitching" and instead foster more meaningful dialogue around shared challenges and potential solutions within a particular industry or community?
I’ve been to a several networking events. While beneficial, if there is no clear agenda other than “networking” I feel like it’s just people pitching their ideas rather than talking about specific issues, challenges and solutions. Pitch events are great though, to learn how people are pitching and how the audience is receiving it.

LinkedIn can still this idea - AI should make it a little easier to document the "how we met". A drop down would be helpful!

Capturing who you met and following up is definitely a big one!
