Interesting! I think for 2C products discord is great. for 2B products there is lack of nice channels. I see some groups managing through Slack, or Whatsapp. But for me two features are missing from most channels: 1. Anonymity; 2. Using AI to summarize and track customer feedback. Wonder how folks here think about it?

Love the simplicity of Discord for a small product community - it's just an easy place for people to chat that most are already familiar with. Though at a certain scale something like Circle could be better for organizing discussions and content.
I'm currently using Facebook groups.
For my product community I'm a big fan of Circle.
Mighty network has been awesome for customizing and growing my community.
Discourse work for me when I want to dive into detailed discussions and scale my community.
