    I think it has some great positives because it is so social and helps everyday people develop cool physical skills. However, the sport and training methodology have become too intertwined and lots of the training is not as effective for health anymore

    Perfect training but hard though. Really like to pushing yourself until the edge. Did freeletics for a while and really liked it! I think in some parts you can compare it, but definitely not a pro. Would love to try it, but actually there is no group or gym around which offers that.
