Post launch - how did you keep gathering feedback from users?

Hi Product Hunters, I'd like to leverage all the new users we gathered from our launch. Indeed, we're style improving our platform and I'd like to collect genuine feedback from users (UX, features, but also what's important for them...).
How did you reach out to your new users to ask for some genuine feedback after the launch? (emailing, survey...) What was the most efficient way?
Thank you :)

With QApop we were offering free 1to1 consultation to help the user get started.
Initially, all signup was getting it in the email onboarding sequence, then we limited it to people making specific actions in the tool.
Smartlook Qualitative Analytics also help us a lot get feedback about how people use the tool, to improve the UI.

Post-launch, we've leveraged social media polls, in-app surveys, and direct customer outreach to continue gathering valuable user feedback, Maïlys. These insights are crucial for our iterative development and ensuring we meet our users' needs.

Honestly, in our app we have a "send feedback" button that is just a mailto link to our support email. It has been surprisingly effective in getting a lot of very thoughtful feedback!
In addition, we engage in discussions with users when we find them talking about our product on social media to better understand their needs.
App store reviews are obviously also a great source.
I have heard good things of integrating tools like https://sleekplan.com/ into your users' dashboard or main view. So they can easily just go it, write what they need, and you can latter kind of work through it. There are a couple of alternatives, but most of them require a way to ID the user, so no anonymous feedback.
We're offering incentives to users for their feedbacks, giving them free subscription for every detailed feedback
