Ridiculous permissions when logging in with Twitter

I wanted to connect my Twitter account to ProductHunt profile and then saw the list of permissions required to authorize the app: - Follow and unfollow accounts for you - Update your account and profile settings - Post and delete Tweets for you - Mute, block, and report accounts for you - Create, manage, and delete Lists for you Do you think it's ok for such app to require all these permissions?
