    Music to move the mind: The human mind can sometimes move like a bull on a scorching day. And when you've got emails, deadlines and phonecalls to contend with you'll want to charm it out of its stubborn poise. Music can do that. I prefer mellow Jazz music but you probably have your own type of sound. Play it. Meditation: I'm not exactly into Eastern meditation as I am more accustomed to a Western oriented style but whatever you choose, you can never rule out the benefits of a ruminative repose before or during work. I recommend using a moodboard to illuminate the parts of your mind seeking stronger visual clarity. Let me know how these practices benefit you. I would be happy to learn.
