Hi Artsiom, we can discuss this topic for hours! As a recruiting agency, we choose to have an agile process for recruiting, which is divided into three main stages: 1. Discovery and Kickoff with our clients: This stage involves gathering requirements, identifying risks and impediments, and defining hiring needs. 2. Iteration Process between our talent acquisition team and clients: During this stage, the actual recruiting steps take place, including sourcing, interviews, reports, and feedback from our clients to continually refine the search. 3. Final Stage: This stage focuses on technical evaluation, proposal, and hiring. This is such an exciting topic! Feel free to reach out if you want to talk a bit more about it. I'm happy to help!

@emilia_vicini Yes thanks for feedback, appreciate it, any difference between hiring C-level and regular employees?

@artem_gontar Yes, there are significant differences! Just to mention a few: You'll have to consider how strategic each hiring will be for your company goals. If you have your goals or tasks in an Eisenhower matrix, it would be easier to define which roles will have an urgent priority. The skill sets and experience you'll be looking for will have a direct impact on the time it would take to find those profiles in the market. You might have a higher time to fill for roles that have a wider scope of responsibility and are accountable for the overall performance and success of the organization. Compensation differences exist between roles that are limited to assigned tasks and roles that have decision-making authority.
