    Off the top of my head: - Don't offer a freemium, showing a detailed demo on the landing page can up conversion - Put a survey page in between the page they submit a form and the result page - User onboarding Ui is pivotal

    Realising that when a company acquires a startup/website, oftentimes the actual service gets swallowed up, so imitating these startups that got acquired is a great first step because: a.) the fact that the startup grew enough to get acquired is validation of demand b.) the fact that the startup is swallowed up and its services likely won't be available in the same way = unmet demand
