We've had good luck with virtual game nights and online workshops for team building. They're fun and help us connect even when we are apart.

We've had great success with online escape rooms for our remote team building. Everyone logs onto Zoom, we split into teams, and work together to solve the puzzles and 'escape'. It's engaging, collaborative, and a nice break from regular work. Definitely recommend giving virtual escape rooms a try!
