They definitely should! There is a question about the necessity of a blog somewhere nearby. So blogging is not a necessity, but reviews are a necessity. In the MVP version it doesn't have to be a separate section, it can be just a few reviews on the main page (if they lead to cases - it will be great).

It is kind of difficult for me to give an only answer to this question. Customer review is truly very valuable and informative to other customers. However, it is also a case that only customers who extremely like the product or extremely dislike the product would really write a genuine reviews. I sometimes feel like the info on customer review might be a bit difficult to digest for new customers.

@jenny_yu2 Agreed - I also think if it goes well - it can be great or a small win but if it goes terribly it can be detrimental to your business. I'd wait till things are a little more mature before rolling this out frankly.

Customer reviews are crutial, if we can't measure their actions or opinions or necerassies how can we develop ourselves. Development should be always according to audience or the audience we want to reach. Especially , if your business is B2C, don't even think about it just add the section.

I believe that in this case there is no right answer. You can put this section on a version of your website and AB test it and then measure the conversions.

I believe customer review section is a great for websites & landing pages
Absolutely. It builds trust with potential customers by showing real experiences from others who have used your products or services. It adds authenticity to your brand and helps prospective customers make more informed decisions. P.S. Just ensure you manage and moderate the reviews to maintain a positive and trustworthy image.

Including a "Customer Review" section on your website is advisable, as it can build trust with potential customers by showcasing real opinions and experiences, enhance SEO through unique user-generated content, and provide valuable feedback for improving products or services, but it must be properly managed to ensure authenticity and relevance of the comments.
