Many successful people have certain routines they do each day. When they wake up in the morning, they take a cold shower. When they get to the office, they eat a healthy breakfast. Whatever the habit is, it gives them the energy and motivation to perform well throughout the day. If you want to start your day with energy, go to bed early enough. Sleep is what your body needs to stay in tip-top shape. When you wake up early and feel refreshed, you also feel more energetic. If you're not a morning person, try waking up later but taking a nap after lunch.
