Hi friends, suggest how you influence the productivity of your employees. What control options can you recommend for unscrupulous employees?
In this case, the option to fire him in the middle or final stage of the project is not possible and extremely disadvantageous for the project and for the company at this stage.

Ask what problems he's having with the project, how you could help him. Ask if his family is doing well, if he needs help psychologically or financially, if he can't concentrate because of this. Maybe he needs a mentor. Well, if none of this is necessary for the employee, you can ask him to look for a job, as you are clearly not on the way and do not need him to suffer in this job.
