Technology, a boon or a curse? 😅

For the first time in the time I have spent on this planet, I am siding towards curse. I was on extreme boon. In a year I am assuming I wouldn't be certain 😅 Who's feeling it? And why? I am feeling this because of reducing attention span, increased noise (technology overload causing decision paralysis), and lack of caution (just like we are informed about sugar being bad for health) from builders.
