Definitely using AI in products here. I would say it makes the product better for both the users and the makers. For example, my product SkillPool is based around AI as its central technology, using it to help with resume screening.

I've been using AI in almost all of my products. A couple of years ago we were using OCRs heavily. In the product that I build now, we make use of text classifiers and LLMs extensively.
