We're all talking about productivity, but what about confidentiality? I recently noticed the following: Sensitive info in recordings, Unsecured meeting notes, and access to third-party apps. How do you handle meeting privacy? I'm curious about your security practices!
Spoiler alert: We have a solution for that!

Meeting privacy is indeed a multi-faceted challenge. While invitation keys are helpful, @julia_zakharova2 raises an interesting point. Have we considered the entire lifecycle of meeting data? π€
Some questions worth exploring:
What happens to recordings after they're transcribed?
How do we ensure notes don't end up in personal clouds?
What about offline processing for sensitive discussions?
We've learned that European companies often prefer keeping their meeting data within their infrastructure. What's your experience with data residency requirements? Looking forward to hearing different perspectives on this!

Doesn't an individual meeting invitation key ensure the security of the meeting recording? Or don't the transcribers that we invite via a private link or personal Google account contain keys without which no outsider can see the meeting recording?
