We also need to embrace the value of impression and demand generation vehicles like Facebook and influencers, using them as a tool to create demand in other channels like search and Amazon. 2. Direct performance measurement is deteriorating, and tracking will only get worse with privacy blockades. 3. We need to build products and brands that go omnichannel and focus on customer repeatability. 4. To succeed in this new era, we need to nail the value proposition and build brands that eat any optimization and performance tricks for breakfast.
