The product doesn't show on the main page - AT ALL! What should I do?

We've just launched our latest product, but there's a problem. It doesn't show on the main page - AT ALL 😭 There are products with fewer upvotes, but not ours. I tried reaching out to support, but they typically reply "in a day" (🤯) Has that ever happened to you? What should I do? 😖
