Daniel, if you see how many times I’ve launch on Ph last year you’ll know Ai agent isn’t an easy task. But it isn’t a buzz, it’s real. Try our Opencord AI agent, it can find the sales signals on social media for you ;)

Every time I read an over-enthusiast post sharing the clip with Mark Zuckerberg, or preaching about AI agents, I get a bit sad. Two possible futures: Future #1: They were wrong. AI didn't become a plug & play replacement. It empowers people, but in more nuanced ways. We get great efficiencies, but these sensational proclamations aged like milk. Future #2: They were right. AI proved even more transformative than predicted. But skillsets of those eager to lay people off, and “restructure” aren’t safe either. Now they experience firsthand what they were cheering for. It would be healthy to bring some more civility into the AI discussion. Because this isn’t showing vision. But a lack of humility.

@martinmaricak I don't quite think we're at that AGI place yet (some talking heads may disagree) but I do think this shift in SaaS towards "Agentic AI" is really interesting - If I was a betting man, I'd place my bets on Future 1. In a world where we have Future 2, I think the upside is that after the massive adjustment period - people will begin to stop defining themselves by what they DO and more so what they love or what they are passionate about (sounds idilic either way ahha!)

AI agents are incredibly exciting, but their practical use cases are still evolving. While they promise autonomy and efficiency, the challenge lies in ensuring they deliver consistent value without overcomplicating workflows. For my SaaS, which focuses on generating SEO-friendly product descriptions, I see AI agents as potential tools to further streamline e-commerce processes, but user trust and simplicity will remain key. What are your thoughts on integrating AI agents into real-world applications?

@kamran_razzaq I always call BS when folks say anything is going to operate autonomously - I find that to be a tell tale sign for an oversell and under deliver. BUT I think you're spot on - if user trust is where it needs to be - there are tons of use cases. For us, beyond ecomm we see a ton of use on creating voices / knowledge bases where agents can help along side creators in building content / copy / ideas etc. Like most AI - I think its a tool that will leverage HOW we work and likely streamline a lot of our front end processes of like I said - Ideation, content creation and first drafts where I think curated agents can be super helpful in that process.

@kamran_razzaq always a risk that they'll dilute creativity - I think the more "training" data they've got - we'll see a much better replication of a "voice" or a "brand Identity" and things will be a much more back and fourth process with the "agent" or whatever AI medium has that knowledge base. I hear someone say once that they're not worried about AI as they can't create art but they're phenomenal at replicating it once they've seen it. Ie: great worker bees but not the best CEOs So for some mediums (movies / art / novels (or nuanced writing in any capacity) that all really reflect the human experience - I think we're pretty far away from them replacing or really impacting the process in a negative way.... in the same thought - if you're a copywriter specializing in sales copy / marketing material / support documentation for internal DBs or whatever - I do think that space is in trouble - and for folks doing that - leveraging AI to keep your voice or to understand how you'll need to pivot - thats gonna be huge.

@cornell_gorman25 Likewise - I think similar to this whole LLM buzz, it'll die down a little.
