What tips can you share for a work-life balance? Here are mine:
- Set and enforce boundaries: Establish specific times for when you will and will not be available for work-related tasks.
- Create a schedule: Plan out your day or week in advance to help manage your time effectively.
- Keep hobbies: Make time for activities that help you relax and recharge, such as exercise, meditation, or hanging out with friends.
- Continuously adapt: Achieving work-life balance is a never-ending process, you have to adapt along the way.
