    To all TECH leaders, On scale of 1-10 how critical is it to measure the productivity of your teams?

    Note - “1” being least critical.

    9. However, it's really important to understand in detail what productivity actually means. Lines of Code, Commits etc. are vanity metrics & should not be used alone to measure any efficiency levels.
