Trends in logo design?

Not to follow a trend :)

While it may not be the recent trend, I think it's always important for a logo to be simple and to capture the product name or its key features.

Simplicity maybe. Not a recent trend, it's there for many years already, so one could also try the reverse.

I think simplicity and minimalism have been trending in logo design for a while now. Lots of companies want clean, iconic logos that are easily recognizable at small sizes on mobile screens. Though I could see more ornate, complex logos making a comeback as brands try to stand out from the flat, simple trend. Retro and nostalgic design elements seem to be having a moment too. I'm curious what new logo design trends others have noticed lately!

Flat and minimalist logos have definitely been trending for a while now. But I could see a retro style revival coming back too, with more elaborate and intricate designs becoming popular again. Guess it depends on if brands want to stand out from the current sea of simple logos or stick with the sleek modern vibe. 🤔
