Why do people buy products? Think about it. Especially in B2B. Why you buy a product? I will answer for you: - 5% of people buy a product for its features - 95% of people buy a product because it solves a problem. So, stop trying to understand which feature is better to prioritize and build. Start from the fundamentals: understand which problem is better to solve first. What do you think about it? P.

I completely agree. I have done business consulting for many years and specialised in Design Thinking, a method or almost philosophy for user-centric innovation. In Design Thinking you talk a lot about the double diamond, which visualizes the approach of first understanding your problem space before you even start thinking about the solution space. It is difficult to master though, so it often helps to let teams get all their ideas out, even if they are features and solutions. Then afterwards is easier to zoom back out and focus on the problem they are trying to solve.

@janine_nitz Thank you for your comment Janine! There is so much value here. Design Thinking is the right way to approach to user's problem. Understand the problem to solve is the fundamental, as I say in the post.

Here at Aman, we've built a diagnostic feature to address the problem of healthcare accessibility in rural areas of Indonesia where access to diagnostic technologies are limited. We've launched AmanVista, online eye check tool to reach the outreach and provide more vision aid accessibility!
100% agree! It's like buying a hammer because you need to hang a picture, not because it has the latest hammer tech. Plus, when you solve the right problem, the features practically sell themselves🛠🎨
