Voice to text Translator app like what Greg used in Succession finale

Hi all, in the series finale of Succession, Greg understands a conversation in another language, as his phone translates what is being said via text. I googled to find such an app…..and stopped myself! I thought for sure something has been launched on PH. Can you point me in the right direction please?
