Let me begin by sharing a brief background story. Previously, we ran a marketing agency with over 70 employees. Our portfolio included major brands with brands like Shein, Jaguar Land Rover, Nike, and others. However, we realized that our existing model had limitations regarding scalability. As a result, we decided to change the business model and pivot into the team as a service model, using and developing our platform. Here is how Teamlex was born. I've written an article about this transformation on Hackernoon, which has hit over 10,000 reads. You can find it here: https://hackernoon.com/are-agencies-evil-how-we-changed-the-agency-business-model-to-team-as-a-service At Teamlex, our approach involves building teams around a highly experienced expert at the CxO level with over 10 years of experience. This expert leads the team, managing the overall strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the team comprises 2-3 or more middle experts who handle the execution of tasks by their hands. We are currently launching a new and improved website for ads. And doing some research right now. Before launching, we want to gather feedback about our landing page for ads (so as not to drain budgets) As a thank you, I'll send after meeting/text feedback useful materials that we are using every day in our client's startups. I'll share: — database of investors and business angels (more than 20 000 contacts, all relevant and verified) — 500+ places to promote your startup for free, a database of journalists — 130+ startup base: "How unicorns like Airbnb, Stripe, Discord approach their GTM" — and a couple more cool files. You can give it in 2 ways: 1. Book a short 15 meeting via my Calendly. We'll discuss our site, and I'll ask a couple of questions. Calendly — https://calendly.com/skvortsoff/meeting 2. Provide feedback here via text. Please, in this feedback, review the site, give some info about what you don't like, what copy confused you, do you understand the value and our USP and etc. I also prepared a form for feedback below. Does our website clearly communicate our Unique Selling Proposition (USP)? Please share your understanding of our USP based on the content and messaging you've encountered. 2. Is there any specific messaging on our website that resonated with you or left a lasting impression? If yes, please mention the section or content. 3. Were you able to easily grasp the core benefits of our products or services through the website's messaging? If not, what aspects could be improved? 4. How visually appealing do you find the design and layout of our website? Does it align with the messaging and branding effectively? 5. Do you feel that any particular content or messaging is confusing or unclear? If so, please provide details on what you found confusing. 6. The site is mostly marketing text. 10x faster, better, cheaper etc. Instead try to answer what a potential client would want to know. As a client I would like to know how it works. Think of it like a pitch deck. Start with problem, then solution, then wow us with product. Then metrics and savings etc, then call to action.
