Creating an effective pitch deck is essential for any business looking to grow. As I start to raise funds for cmdk.ai, I was working on our pitch deck and here are some of my thoughts on what could be mentioned Overview - Explain what the company does and a brief mention of the industry. Problem Definition - Describe the problem and how it is even a problem. Explain why customers care for it. You can provide any data if available to validate this. Solution - Explain how the solution fits the problem, Why customers pay for this solution and also mention some use cases here. Market - Showcase how big the market and the industry are. Mention your target market and how you will reach them. Competitors - Explain who your competitors are, what your unique differentiators/ strengths/ unfair advantages are, and How you plan to win the market. You can also mention how you plan to de-risk the investment here. Business Model - Describe your revenue and pricing model and how you plan to acquire customers. Additionally, describe existing revenue streams or partnerships if applicable. Team - Introduce your team and highlight their roles. Also, mention your advisors/mentors who provide advice on subject matters. Use of funds - Mention how much you plan to raise and the ways you plan to use the funds. There are so many tools that you can use now to create a pitch deck too. Your pitch deck will always be better when you present it, but it should ideally be able to tell your story on its own. What are your thoughts?
