Not exactly a screen recording tool, but Arcade 2.0 is great for product walkthroughs and demos.

I use Screencastify and Loom. I'm not sure whether they are the best. But they do fine for me. :)

Screen Studio is one of the best out there, but it's not the cheapest. But honestly i just use the default mac screen recording
