What are some of the smart hacks you did to get user feedback for user onboarding? I'll start.

Hello everyone,
Quick context: I'm building a dev tool and have been trying to think how to get max users to complete their first "happy flow".
We are a team of 5 engineers and me (no more coding 🥲). I have started keeping a one hour session every week with my team where I surprise them with new tools on the fly. (3-5 tools in 1 hour)
So the engineer lands on a place (either google search or PH, for eg.) and then everyone else mutes. They verbally talk what they are thinking and understanding. I learnt a few things like
(a) they're always looking for a playground to see the tool in action
(b) they always look for "new" or "start" flow to see what they can build using it
(c) when they're stuck they quickly try to look for that in the documentation
My asks for the community:
(a) Any other interesting ways of learning quickly that helped you?
(b) Anyone who wants me to try their tool and share the feedback/recording (in DM) with them?
Sid

Sounds interesting Sid. I'd love to check it out and give you feedback. Let me know if you're interested in connecting over a call.

Sounds interesting. We usually get feedback from our users via emails or demo calls.

Hello Jain, hope to find you well. Please take a look at boostio.ai. I am happy to make a call and show you a demo and more details. Feedback is also welcome. Trying to build something useful here.
