    Prototype as much as possible. We're constantly iterating and testing in every way that we can. We try to keep things as simple as possible and talk to our users as much as possible. It doesn't have to be a lot of users. But just a handful gives you tons of insight.

    Probably the most common answer will be that you should "validate". Either MVPs, or some concepts / ideas, and it's largely true. But what people often forget to test is willingness to pay. No amount of positive feedback, or encouragement, will tell you if people are ready to pay for the thing — aka if the business idea is viable. It's not always easy to test willingness to pay early, especially with complex products, so sometimes all you can focus on is: 1. Being ready to change the vision when you see evidence. 2. Invest in observing your ICP, and talking with them. 3. Create thoughtful design.

    Talk to your target users as much as possible. Become a real domain expert before build an mvp.
